This site provides a brand name audit service consisting of the delivery of objective findings from public sources. It does not provide legal services or representation before industrial property offices. Where the client orders the level with a legal opinion, that opinion is issued and signed by an independent law firm, in its own document.
The operator does not warrant the exhaustiveness of the public sources consulted nor the absence of unpublished earlier rights. Liability for the content of each report is limited to the amount paid for it.

What we process and why. Your email and billing details, to issue and deliver the report and to meet tax obligations. The names, activity and territories you provide, to run the audit. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Who receives it. The payment provider, acting as merchant of record and issuing the invoice. The transactional email provider, to deliver the report. If you order the level with a legal opinion, the law firm receives only what it needs to address the opinion to you. No one else.
How long we keep it. The file and its evidence, five years, so we can stand behind what we delivered. Billing data, for the period tax law requires.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Artificial intelligence. The report is produced with the assistance of AI systems. We make no automated decisions with legal effect concerning you: the report is an informational document and any professional opinion is signed by a person.
Subject. Aranda Creative Consultants, S.L.U. delivers a brand name audit report containing objective findings from public sources, in the classes and territories the client indicates. The report contains no legal advice, no opinion on registrability and no assessment of the likelihood of confusion.
Levels and prices. Report: €190 including VAT, up to three names, delivered in 24–72 hours. Report with legal opinion: €890 including VAT, including an opinion signed by a law firm on up to two names, delivered in 5–7 working days; each additional check by the firm, €150. The level with a legal opinion is currently offered to clients in Spain only.
Performance and withdrawal. The service starts as soon as the client provides the names. On ordering, the client expressly requests immediate performance and waives the fourteen-day right of withdrawal as regards the service already performed.
Quality. If the report is delivered incomplete, with a critical source missing or with errors attributable to our execution, it is redone at no cost or refunded, at the client's choice.
Expiry of the data. The registers consulted change continuously. Every data point carries the date and time it was checked. An absence of findings does not guarantee that a name is free of earlier rights.
Liability. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
Governing law. Spanish law.
